A friend referred us to JP's auto service so we went there because we needed to replace the engine in our car.  John is a very professional person, very polite and knowledgeable.  He gave my husband a ride back to our home after dropping off the car.  Who does that anymore?  He found a replacement engine for us and installed it.  After a few tweaks, it runs just fine with no issues.  John is very honest and cares about his customers.  While doing the work on our car, he discovered the battery was just about gone, so he replaced it for free.  The work was completed in a timely fashion and we will continue to go to him with all of our auto repairs.  Do yourself a favor and go there;  you won't go anywhere else.

JP's is always honest and to the point whether the news is good, bad or whatever regarding service I have had performed there. I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else unless John directed me to do so. He looks for the BEST remedy, not just a remedy for any issue I have ever brought to them at JP's Auto!

They did what we asked and did not charge for checking the brakes, alignment, or anything else. I have used JP's since it opened and the owner was our service guy for 10 years before he opened his own shop. He has saved me much more than I have spent by helping me make smarter choices in auto repairs. He is honest, dependable and never condescending. I wouldn't consider another repair shop.

The time do get the jjop done was around 45 min.

His services are always very reasonable. I am very pleased with him.

My daughter had purchased two new tires in Tampa from Tires Plus. When I drove her car I realized it needed work - probably balancing the new tires. Brought it to local Tires Plus, who wanted $450 to make their warranted work right. I had recently found that John Peterson (the JP in JP's) had moved to the listed location and had his own shop. We have worked with John for at least 15 years and always found him to be honest and thorough. He did the needed work for $100 less, with better tires, than the warranty at Tires Plus.
