NOT WELL, A MAJOR NIGHTMARE! The worst real estate transaction in our life. It was a self dealing transaction by Josie Pierce & her husband. It was very deceitful to both us and the seller. We found out that Josie Pierce and her husband never submitted our offer to the seller (Citibank).. Our all cash offer was superior to the offer they submitted via their Trust company (LMSR) that they manage without revealing to us or Citibank their self interest. Our all cash offer was $18,500 higher than their offer. Our loss was over $50,000 as a result of this fraudulent action by Josie Pierce and her husband.

we had so many showing and ended up in a bidding war. if it wasn't for Gatlin Treuheit knowledge on using all the internet options and staging idea's to sell our house, i am sure we would still be on the market. thanks again for a wonderful job!

They take a very hands on, communication driven, personal approach to the business of buying and selling properties.  They worked with my wife and I closely for our first purchase, which was somewhat unique in that we were in the Chicago area buying our future primary residence in SW Florida entirely via the internet and phone.  The broker and agent made the process as simple as possible and helped us purchase the perfect house for our needs, all remotely.  We didn't even actually see our the house we purchased for 5 months.  Now, that is a testimonial to the job they truly did for us.  Since then, we have referred numerous friends to them, and all of our referrals have ended successfully.  Finally, our church received a donated house during the economic downturn, and we were told by others that it could take over a year to sell it.  REMAX was able to sell it in about 3 months which was truly appreciated by the church leadership.

In addition, as a side note, the agency is extremely active in supporting the community.  The have been the major sponsor of our Chambe's Fourth of July event annually for the last three years, essentially saving the largest celebration in SW Florida financially.  They are also supportive of various not for profits in our City in an active manner. 

If you develop the belief that my wife and I are strong supporters of REMAX, you'd be accurate.  We recommend them to all who ask for references for this service, and we do so with full confidence in them as a business and as individuals!

Gatin was a delight to work wtih! He made the process of selling our home enjoyable and easy. From the beginning he ahd an extensive marketing plan that was very impressive. He provided us with very useful information and tips on getting our home ready for the market. His knowledge and professionalism made him stand out above the crowd. He went above and beyond to help anyway that he can and made us feel like we were his only clients. You can tell he truly cares about what he does, he is sincere, honest, and reliable.
Not only was Gatlin great, but his team was exceptional as well. JP & Partners all worked hard together to give us the best service possible. He was superb. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the years.  He was the best we have dealt with.  He was knowledgeable patient and through.  He was everything you’d want.  You don’t find that in too many real estate agents.  I have recommended him to others and would have no problem recommending him again.  He may be young and he may not have been in the business very long but he’s got more than most.  After we bought the house, he was still involved and drove me around to get my appliances.

Amazing.  We are from Canada and knew absolutely nothing about Real Estate in Florida.  After reviewing / interviewing about 5 realtors in this area, it became very clear to us that we wanted to work with only Mr. Treuheit.  First he was always on time.  Second, he was a gentleman - very respectfull and polite.  Third, his follow up was amazing.  Fourth - he focused on us always - he never tried to pressure us into any specific home.  Actually it was the opposite, he would take us into a home and point out things that were wrong with the house.  He always wanted us to see the negative side of any property first.  Then we would look at why we were interested in that property for our reasons.  We never felt any pressure.  At first I was concerned because he looks young, however, we compared his process and approach to us with Realtors much older and very quickly it became clear to us that Gatlin was honest, reliable, respectfull and focused only on us and what would be best for us.  The decision to use him solely was a good one and we are pleased to this date with that.  He is more like a Real Estate Protector of his clients than a Real Estate Salesperson.  Salesperson does not describe how he treated us at all.  His knowledge of the area is extensive and can be relied upon.  He works with a nationally known company Remax so we felt good about that.  Bottom line, if you are looking for a Real Estate person who cares more about you and protecting you in purchasing a property look no further.  I would welcome calls about this as we are grateful to Gatlin for his service to us.  Brian U'Ren
