John could not have been more helpful or responsive to us. He thoroughly explained all paper work we had to sign. Promptly followed up on all questions we asked. Went out of his way to provide additional services not normally expected of a real estate agent. One example was a golf cart included with this sale that was in storage. John took the batteries home and charged them just to make sure the cart worked. 

We would use him again if we ever decided to sell our home, and highly recommend him!

Outstanding Experience.  John initially contacted us via the internet, as we lived in Alaska, when we requested information.  He was extremely helpful in our internet search for a new home.  He provided us with many different listings and when we found one we were interested in he would make a note of it.  We came to Cape Coral in July 2011 with just a week to search for a new home.  John met with us immediately with a list of the houses we had indicated an interest in with additional listings that meant our criteria.  He spent 2 1/2 complete days going around with us to view the properties.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all our questions.  We then worked a third day with John making offers on properties we were interested in.  Once we returned to Alaska, John kept in touch with us about the offers we had made and any new properties he had found.  When we were interested in a property he would go out and take pictures of the place and send them to us.  We finally found the house we bought in November with John's help.  He recommended a local mortgage lender for us to work with and a local insurance company.  Both people he recommended were more than wonderful.  We closed on the house in December, but John continued to assist us by recommending a lawn service and checking on the house for us once a week.  I have never worked with a realtor who demonstrated the professionalism of John Toney.  I have recommended him to two friends planning on moving into this area.
