I felt he went well above and beyond in that he educated me about what I had, offered alternatives for the pieces that were not valuable but possibly of collectible value and made me a very fair offer on gold I was ready to part with.  This was a tremendously positive interaction and I would highly recommend his services.

He appraised a platinum ring I had and told me the fair market price. Another jeweler had tried to rip me off and tried to give me a very small amount for the ring and it was worth much more. I sold the ring on Craig's List but did not buy anything from this jeweler. He gives outstanding service and is honest, direct and wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to help me by showing stones and different ring styles together so we could see what they would look like.
