We returned without finding anything, but then Jennifer sent us a new listing for a condo with a view that sold the place. Literally. She made a video walking through the condo, and we feel like we've seen the place. And she went back a couple times to take measurements for us. She led us through the entire purchase process via emails, phone calls, faxes and wire transfers. I'm sure we heard from her at least once a day from the time we made our first offer through closing. Everything Jen told us to do was correct, and the purchase went flawlessly from our end. In answer to the question, "Should I get Jennifer Small as my realtor?", my answer would be, "You should be so lucky!"
Description of Work: My husband and I just bought a small condo in Cape Coral, FL. Jennifer Small, with Sunshine Realty, was our realtor. She couldn't have been more helpful, and we're convinced we wouldn't have purchased the place without her help. She was a delight to work with, and more committed to making the transaction work perfectly than I could've hoped for.
