Pool and Spa Servicing
I am attempting to get service for a home in his area and I am from out of town. He didn't bother to return my phone call. That is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

If I have a mechanical problem he'll call a company out and schedule an appointment for them to do the work. This works great for me as I'm only here seasonally. If there is a problem, he'll call me at my other address and then he'll get in touch with the other company to get it fixed. He comes on time when he says he will. I enjoy that he comes every Monday morning within an hours time frame. I don't have to be here when he does the service, he'll leave a little slip advising that he had been there noting what the PH value of the water was. The reason why we retain him is because we know he's reliable and shows up because of the papers that he leaves. I will continue to use him and would recommend him to others. The approximate cost listed is to test and clean both the pool and the spa for the month (the pool is 16x33).
