This company was A+ from start to finish! I was moving to Florida from Cincinnati and needed someone to clean and seal my entire home before we moved in. I reached out to Rich and he provided me with an explanation of the process and a very fair quote. I received a call the day the work was performed and Chris provided me details of the project, how to clean the floors etc. It wasn't until we moved in that i could see the miraculous improvement in the color of the flooring! Hire this company you will not be sorry!

Rich was one of a very few providers who was willing to even provide an estimate, given the small scope of the work to be done. He provided a quote that was based on his recommendation to prep the existing grout lines by notching them along the walls, followed with caulking using a siliconized latex grout/caulk (sanded) of matching color to seal the shower floor edges. After we accepted his quote, Rich also spent time working with his supplier to find a caulk of matching color, based on the partial description of the existing grout product I was able to provide. Both my wife and I are very happy with the results. The color of the caulk blends very well (almost exact) with the existing grout in the shower, and Rich did an outstanding job applying the product - very professional. We will definitely call Rich for any future grout/caulking work and will recommend him to others.

From the beginning Richard was prompt in responding to my request, showed up on time to give us an estimate and explained all options available. On the date that we scheduled the work to be done Chris and his helper showed up 15 minutes early ( a rarity in FL ). They were very courteous. Chris explained everything they were going to do. They did a great job, the floor looked like new! Would definitely use them again. GREAT JOB!

Estimate was scheduled within a couple of days of my initial call, and work was performed three days later. While they were here, they discovered another related problem, which they corrected at no additional charge. They cleaned up the work area so it was spotless. Everything was handled promptly, courteously, and professionally. The price seemed reasonable. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Very well. Did a great job with the tiles but because the company that laid the original tiles did a poor job with the grout they suggested we not bother with resurfacing and sealing the grout as in several places it was too high and would not have held the color or seal. Very impressive attitude as they wouldn't let us waste our money on a final result they could not guarantee for long or be proud of for the entire floor because of the bad grout areas. They also cut the final price to less than half as they couldn't do the grout as originally discussed. They told us the best way tokeep the tiles clean and what products to use to maintain our floors well. They did an excellent job on the carpets.

Everything was done well and in a timely manner. The employees were courteous and professional. It looks like I have brand new tile throughout the house.

So far, so good. I have nothing to compare the price to. Their punctuality and professionalism was very good. Four people came out to do the work. They left the area very clean. They did everything very well. They are specialist in what they do.

Richard was very prompt on responding and taking care of the issue with the tiles. No tiles needed to be removed and therefore there were no cracked tiles in the process. We really wanted this because we did not have replacement tiles if any did crack. The process of injecting under the tile and then allowing it to set up and then re-grout went very smoothly and now the tiles no longer have a hollow feel to them. We thought they did a great job of correcting our tile issue.

The grout was filthy. Several of the tiles had small settling cracks. Some of the grout was failing and in the second bathroom, the grout had separated from the shower walls allowing water to settle under the shower tile floor. First, Rich came to the house and injected the two floating tiles with a bonding material. The next day, the owner and his assistant came in and thoroughly cleaned the tile which was made more difficult due to the sealant that was on the tile. Once the tile and grout was cleaned, the grout was color sealed. I was able to look at several seal colors to ensure that the correct hue was selected. The shower grout required a day to dry, so they set an appointment for the next day. However, due to scheduling issues, they came back in 48 hours to complete the work. They also re-grouted around the floor-wall joints where the grout had pulled away from the wall. Finally, they cleaned a room of carpet. My floor looks brand new! I thought I would need to replace the grout, because it was so stained. But, this was a great alternative to doing that! Prior to hiring, I obtained 3 estimates for this work. While this company was a bit more expensive, I l selected them because of the reviews on Angie's List and because of the thorough explanation of what would be done and how it would be done. it was well worth paying the slightly higher price for a job well done! I would definitely would use this company again.

Was running late for the appointment to give an estimate due to traffic because of an accident called to let us know. Did not try to up sell just supplied a written estimate for the work needed. Son of the owner with a helper came to do the work. Friendly and hard workers. They did not mess around got right to work. Were considerate of the cats which were scared since the work disrupted their nap time. Moved furniture back in place and asked if everything was okay before they left. Paying was quick and esay, e-mailed the receipt. Grout looks better than it has in years. Would use again a very good experience.

These guys are amazing! We hired Rich to clean all our tile floors when we bought our home in March. The floors and the grout were a mess! Rich showed up on time, did an amazing job, and suggested we have the grout color matched to the tile and sealed. Rich's son Chris does that part, and when they were done, the floor looked like new, which we never thought possible. Two months later, still looks new. We get comments from guests that they think we put in a new floor!
Both father and son are professional and get the job done quickly. Our highest recommendation!

The service was good and everything went smooth except for the paying over what the written estimate was. At time of completion I showed the estimate and was told it did not include the shower cleaning. The sealer and cleaning was suppose to be $1.00 sq ft based on the Angies list ad, but was charged more at time of completion.

The service was good and the guys did a great job. There were a few small spots where the grout was broken out and not filled before the sealer was put on which sticks out a bit.

Everything went as expected and explained at the initial sales call. Rich did a great job explaining the various grout services and which one of his products would work the best for my application.  He bought a video demonstration to the initial sales call which helped significantly. His team of employees arrived on time the day of the job.
I plan on using its all about grout on future jobs.  5 star rating!!!! It was a great experience.
