I have used Irvin Pest Control for years on an annual contract. The cost is $91 every three months.  They complete perimeter pest control, spraying every three months.  You do not need to be at home to have the service performed.  If there are any issues with pests, you can call and they will come out at not cost.   They are very responsive and work on Saturdays.

They explain products they use, they do a great job in explaining details of what they are doing. They are great with accomodating pets. I would recommend to others.

They are part of the family. They have taken good care of me during the years. I have a contract with them. They call and automatically renew the contract. I don't go bargain hunting. They do good work and I have stuck with them all these years. During the summer, they do the perimeter of the house, when we are away. We don't get much of a problem when the house is closed for the summer.

The company was recommended by a neighbor and I have been extremely satisfied with the results. This is an ongoing weed/feed/pest control process with applications slotted on a scheduled timeline.

We do like them. We had 5 different companies diagnose the ants we had at 5 different times and they were the ones who we took it to a specialist and they confirmed that Irvin is the one who hit it right. They do very well by us. If you have done business with them for a while they will give some good rates on special items like bees which they don't really cover. They do have bee's entomologist specialist who would come out and various categories of specialists and we are sticking with them. Their price is comparable and same as others.

They came in March, June and theyand lsquo;ll come in September and December. The out looks very well kept. I am pretty satisfied with them. They are good and they follow up. If I have a problem they come out. They've been coming for 18 years.

This company is great. They are reliable and pleasant to deal with. Anytime I call, they come right away.

I've been with them for 8 years. They guarantee that if I see a bug, they will be out the same day. They are a Christian based business. The owner is a Christian guy and all the people that work for them are Christians. They are always there for me when I need them. They always deliver whatever it is that they say they will deliver. It is saying something that I don't have any pests with living in southwest Florida.

They are friendly, clean, thorough and work around your schedule and pets.

They do excellent works. They will return as often as you need them without additional charge.

They have been with me in many homes. I have had them for many years. The owner of the company does not come too frequently anymore but he used to come. The people that come are very efficient and they seem to know what we need done. If we have a problem like, if we get ants and see bugs that we are not happy about we just call them and they come because if we have a contract with them it does not make any difference how many times they have come. Their price is average. I have not tried anybody else. In terms of quality, they do a good job. In terms of responsiveness, no problem, they call ahead and we set a date and if we have to cancel there is no problem. They always come in the period in which they say they would be here. We really never have a problem with them. They are ok in terms of punctuality. As a matter of fact, they say they are coming from 9 to 11 am and they are usually here around 9 am. I would use them all the time.

We have a yearly contract with them, so I don't always know when they are coming out. They do outside the house and most times we don't know when they come around. Anytime I have had a question or a problem, they come right out. They give us a discount for paying a year ahead of time. We have used them for about 10 years. They are very friendly. If you see a problem, they come out when you call them. They are very professional.

I pay them once a year. They are good and I would continue to use them in future.
