We hired Infinity Pools Knowing that they were a new company in the pool business. The owner Chase also has a fencing company. I checked the BBB for his fencing company and they were good so I thought letâ s go for it. Big mistake. Something that should have been wonderful and exciting was exhausting, aggravating and disappointing. We do have a pool that we can swim in. But still months later, waiting for something in writing on the warranty on the pool.. I received the warranty for all of the pool equipment. Thanks to the Plumber and not to Chase.. contract stated that we were supposed to receive a lien release after every payment of each phase of the pool construction still havenâ t received those. I had asked Chase several times since he has been paid in full to release the. notice of commencement off the title to our home and he just refuses to do so. Our final walk-through was notated but as usual a no-show for repairs four times. We held back a very small amount of money until the punchlist was done and Chase threatened to put a lien on our house if we didnâ t pay the last. $1,300 I was so done with this company and our experience with Infinity Pools that I paid him the final payment just to be done with them even though the punchlist was never done. And Iâ m sure if he responds to this review, he will have excuses that it was all his subcontractors, and we were unreasonable to work with. That seems to be his go to excuse.. I truly hope as a young entrepreneur Chase learns from his reviews, and it helps him grow his pool business.

I paid alot of money for Pool, paving screening, etc. The owner is very slow or never returns phone calls. The pool was installed great but when issues occurred with rust from nails left on pavers for 2 months with rust on 70 pavers No response also broken soffit from Infinity No response. I AM NOT HAPPY. CALLED THE OWNER CHASE, NO RESPONSE AS IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS. My advice choose another Pool installer

Justin was great and accommodated our crazy schedules and met us where we were. His estimate was timely and very affordable. Their final work was just what we wanted. Our pool looks so calming!

We had the pleasure of working with Justin. He was able to come out to our home earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Justin was patient with our questions, thorough with his inspection, and provided detailed information and expectations. He is extremely personable with an accompanying stellar customer service attitude. Our estimate was fair and the services rendered matched in value. Justin was attentive to our projects specific needs and maintained constant communication, while also ensuring his crew was following the expectations he set forth. We are exceptionally grateful for having found this team via Angie's List. Even more pleased with the newly refreshed look of our pool. Couldn't imagine going with a different company after such a wonderful experience!

Very slow service.

Chase and his crew did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would. Kept the area clean, and got the job done in the timeframe that was laid out beforehand. Great workmanship and the final product is beautiful. Great job Infinity Custom Pools!
