HighMark Contracting

We contracted with Ivan Cody (HighMark Contracting) to get a new tile roof installed on our 2-car garage. He arranged for a roofing company called The Roofing Brothers to remove the old roof and install a new tile roof. They started right away on the job. They finished the job in just a few days and did a excellent job. The company does a lot of commercial work and it was obvious that the quality of the work was commercial-like quality. We had a very hard rain in the Fort Myers area in April and like ourselves, many people found they had leaking roofs on their houses. We again contracted with Ivan Cody (HighMark) to install a new roof on our house. Again, The Roofing Brothers did the job, and again, it was excellent work.  Our roof is a flat roof and they can be very difficult to do properly. It was a very rainy period, but they worked diligently to get the roof finished. Due to the heavy rains, good roofing companies and roofing materials were hard to find in plentiful supply. This is where Ivan showed his worth. He worked closely with The Roofing Brothers to help get materials and actually helped them work on the roof at times when trying to get work done before the rain would start. It took longer then normal to get the roof completed because of all of the rain, but they managed to get the job done in a timely fashion when considering the very rainy period. I feel very confident they our new roof will last a very long time. I actually went up on the roof and saw the great job they were doing. I would call the quality highly superior for residential housing. Ivan also installed a new hurricane window that replaced one that had been leaking during the heavy rains. He got the job done in one day and it is a beautiful window. Ivan replaced rain gutters, did some interior repairs, and some touchup painting after the roof was finished. All of this work was over a 4+ months period. The total of the jobs, including the two roofs, the new window, the repairs, the new gutters, the painting, and patio door repairs was around $18,000.  Ivan made sure that all of the work was completed properly, including touchup painting, and good cleanup after it was all over. He is the customer advocate and makes sure that you are taken care of properly. Ivan Cody and his company HighMark gets my highest marks !!
