I can't praise Jim enough for his perfect work!  He is very busy so we waited about five or six weeks to get on his schedule.  It was worth the wait!  Best paint job we could have asked for.

Great care was taken that nothing was damaged, i.e. paint splatters on furniture, etc., floors were covered to avoid damage.

all window dressing was taken down and re-hung after completion of painting.  A really good job, especially since his schedule was full and in view of the fact that we were expecting company, he was able to work us in.  Really appreciate the courtesy

They did a very good job.  After they left we found a few spots here and there that he missed but no big deal.  The furniture was protected well, and he was very professional.

Jim goes above and beyond the basic painting services.  He helped me resolve an issue that involved hanging a long narrow picture in a curved niche. Because of the curvature it could not be hung in a convention way.  He came up with the idea of hanging it from chains from  the cieling of the niche.  He not only did it perfectly,but surprised me by going to Home Depot on his lunch hour to get the necessary materials needed. His prices are reasonable and he does a supurb job of accuracy and takes great care to ensure that he does everything expected by me.  I have recomended him to numerous friends. He is more than a painter, he helps me with minor repair jobs around the house.  I feel so fortunate to have had him recommended to me.

I was very pleased with the job Jim did in painting the interior of my home.  He was easy to work with and very thorough in his work.  He did an excellent job in my master bathroom working around existing wood built-ins.  I would use him again for a painting job.

Jim returned my inquiry call promptly and made an appt. a few days later to do an assessment and estimate.  He was right on time for the appt., gave excellent advice to make the job simpler, and provided an estimate on the spot.  Because he had a short window of time available that afternoon and the next day he came back later that day and did the wall prime work so that it could dry before hanging the wallpaper the next day.
He and his wife Bev showed up to put up the paper promptly at 9:00 the next morning and were finished by 3:30 that afternoon, and it looked fantastic despite some special challenges presented by our particular walls.
 Jim and Bev are  extremely pleasant and helpful people, honest and professional in every way.  My husband and I have had lots of experience with contractors from many trades in the last 6 months due to needing repairs from water damage caused by a plumbing failure.  The pleasantness, ease, and efficiency of this wall paper job was a true delight after some of our experiences with another trade.  We strongly recommend that you give Hansom Home Delights a try for your decorative painting and wallpapering projects.
