I don't know if they showed up every time because what I understand is when you are a seasonal person and you have someone come and clean your pool every week, a lot of times they figure you are not there and they don't show up. We weren't really happy and really pleased with the shape of the pool when we got there. We did cancel with them and we're with another company now. Their price was good, they were pretty good about calling us back, and they were professional. The company we have now is $5 more and it's well worth it because they have been very good.
