Recently had our old pool renovated and we couldn’t be happier! Amazing customer service, very informative and professional! Our new pool is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

Gulfstream Pool Care has been servicing our pool in Fort Myers for several years and they do a terrific job. They are always punctual, professional and save us money when we do need repairs. I would highly recommend them for any pool and spa services, especially regular maintenance.

I bought a pool heat pump from them. That went pretty well, although I learned after the fact that they don't do the service on it if it breaks. I have to call the manufacturer myself. The real problems started when I hired them to do my weekly pool service. I was originally told by Ryan himself that he would personally be taking care of my pool. Well, that was the last I saw of him. They sent a different person every week on different days of the week. There was no consistency of service. When I tried to discuss this with the woman in the office she became very rude and just started talking over me non-stop, saying the same thing to me over and over, then hung up on me. I couple days later I received a message saying they would no longer service me.

They came out extremely fast and was able to repair my pump rather than try to just sell me a new one. They have yet to disappoint and I highly recommend Gulfstream. Amazing Team!

Went well. Prompt response, Motor had to be replaced. Had us up and running in a couple of hours.

We have been using them for about 4 years now to take care of our pool, spa, and equipment. Our maintenance person is Bob and he is the best. He is thorough and our pool has never had a problem. The staff at the office are as friendly and helpful. We hd to have the spa switch rewired a while back. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly and on time. Great company.

They do a very good job with chemicals and keeping the pool clean. It always looks nice. They are willing to listen to what I want done. They come every week and take care of it.

The service was exceptional! After waiting a month for an estimate from another company that has been reliable in the past, frustration set in and I checked Angie's List. I read the favorable reviews on both repair/replacement work as well as pool service. I called the office and Joy was very responsive and an estmate was provided the following day and a replacement pump was installed the same week. The other company wanted to drain the pool which was expensive and unnecessary. The pool is now crystal clear thanks to the new pump and their excellent pool service. We are extremely pleased!

Awesome From the inception of the first phone call to the completion of the entire job all was done in a timely, professional manner.  All phone calls and questions were answered to my satisfaction.  The office staff, the crew and Ryan were a pleasure to work with.  Everyone did what was expected and than some and there were no problems.  I highly recommend using Gulfstream Pool Care for all your pool needs.  Pool looks beautiful and we are enjoying it.  Again thanks Ryan and staff.

Gulfstream pools was fantastic to deal with.  I just completed a pool with a local pool company and they came in and finished and fixed what the pool company could not do!  They spent multiple days ensuring my chemicals were balanced the way they should when a start up is completed. The owner also took time out of his day and finalized my automation system when no else could because it was such a new system.  My pool company couldn't figure it out and he could!  I was so highly impressed by their attention to detail and going above and beyond for such a small paying item, i was happy to have them stay on for my monthly maintenance.  I would recommend Gulfstream and Ryan Royer to anyone.

I am on my second week of service from Gulfstream Pool Care and feel confident enough in their service to write this review. I will start by saying I found Gulfstream on Angie's List while in the process of looking for a replacement for my current pool company. After the amazing reviews I decided to give them a try - and am glad that I did! All of the issues I had with the prior company, I don't remotely see with Gulfstream. The previous company came out weekly but they didn't do anything that they said they were doing. Because I work from home I can see what is going on and how long the person stays. I don't expect a 1 hour visit, but I do expect that the pool professional will be honest and do what they said that they are going to - or did, via the checklist they leave behind. From the beginning, Joy at Gulfstream listened to my concerns and discussed their program, how it works and why they are different. Although I wouldn't have minded, Joy didn't ask what the previous company was, but did ask what issues I had (probably to assess if I would have the same issues). Through conversation I determined that I would start with service immediately and if necessary would just pay the other company through my notice. I didn't want to wait to start receiving the service that both company's offered - but that Gulfstream has only delivered. My only regret is not doing research via Angie's List prior to me just going with the company that the previous owner's used. I was only with the previous company for a month - and with Gulfstream now for 2 weeks, but I knew after 1 week with the previous company that something wasn't right. I have zero red flags or issues with Gulfstream. They are professional, listento you and most importantly do what they are contracted to do and are truthful with their checklists. I know that if someone is coming to my property - especially if I am not home - I want to start with a company that's honest regarding what they will do. Some will think this isn't a big deal, but to me it shows integrity and that is one thing that Gulfstream has and a major reason why I went with them. I am confident that I will not regret this decision and also confident that you won't either - if you choose Gulfstream as well...or...do what I did, and go with another company and then after a month come on here, read this and all the other reviews with 100% A's in reviews and then Joy from Gulfstream will set you up with Bob for your first visit...and then you will see what I mean.
