We are a Class A licensed, insured General Contractor in the State of Florida. Over thirty eight (38) years experience in the construction industry. At this time we have completed over 75 different remodeling projects including room additions, complete gut-out and replacement both commercial and residential, kitchens and baths, tile and wood flooring, gazebos, Doctors offices, decks and docks. Since 1992, We have built approximately 60 of our own speculation homes in this area. These include standard, semi custom and custom homes. We work with only licensed subcontractors. Our company will also give consulting services for people that want to do it yourself but don't know how to go about it weather it means permit or implementation. We also provide solar integration services for those who are interested in buying their own systems and have installed by us. Our contracts are based on the AIA association weather cost pus a set fee or itemized labor and materials.
