 + 1 moreBrad Goodwin was responsive. Bid the price and stuck to it. Quality work. Noted a roof leak which I had to have repaired by a company which he coordinated and followed work of roofer through to completion. Took photos for roofer to document the leak. Would use again and recommend to others.
Description of Work: Fixed dry rot and replaced trim and fascia. Painted and clean up
