Do not do business with this company. Did part of the work in December 2023. Tony had to come back because the part was on back order. I sent a couple emails and he admitted he forgot. No biggie. Tony said he'd be out the following week and that was the week of 2/05/24. I sent an email on Wednesday and called to no avail. At this point, I just want my money returned.

"this customers statement is true, however the company was closed due to being on vacation. we had an outside call center handleing our calls. needless to say this call center will no longer be performing work for us again in the future! i only wish i could have appoligized to this customer for our mistake."

Gene Gene came out that morning and replaced the top panel and others that were about to rip. I also had some bottom panels replaced with stronger pet screen. The following day another panel was torn, so I ended up having the entire rest of the bottom replaced with pet screen. It is more expensive, but it lasts 20 years and my cats won't rip it. They gave me a discount and also replaced the cage bolts for a discount, without even asking. They were very friendly, professional and were available the same day.
