We called that morning and he was there before noon to fix our leaking pipe. Very quick and efficient. Nice young man.

The owner was very responsive to my request for an estimate.  The next day I signed the contract and he spent a lot of time explaining the work to me and talking to my husband over the phone since he was out of town at the time. The workers showed up the next day and finished the job as promised.  They were professional and respected the residents privacy as much as possible as well as cleaning up after themselves. (this was a rental house)  They found a problem with the kitchen faucet and replaced it at not charge. The inspector found 2 minor problems; they did not paint the pipe on the outside of the house and the hot water tank's drain pipe did not go all the way down to the drain pan.  They returned the same day in order to meet code.

Overall, excellent service. When I called the company, I was given an estimate for the removal of our old toilet and installation of the new toilet we bought. The company had a repairman come to our home on a Saturday (which we wanted) to do the work. The serviceman was prompt, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He showed us the old toilet's flange which was broken (last changed in 1985). We readily agreed to a replacement. The entire service took less than 1 1/2 hours. The company has a 10% discount coupon. And we received a One Year Warranty in writing.

Kenneth was very reponsive and professional during my initial phone contact. He gave me a fair initial phone estimate and explained what they could do, answered my many questions and gave. After calling other plumbing companies I decided to use Spectrum. Once I called back Kenneth set up an appointment which was flexible for my husband's work schedule. My husband supervised the work and he stated that the plumber (not Kenneth) was professional and thorough. He even recaulked the kitchen sink after installing the garbage disposal (not a requirement for the installation but it was needed). A couple of month's later, the disposal unit stopped working and I called Kenneth at Spectrum and he came out the same day to investigate. Kenneth arrived ready to install a new unit but it only needed to be reset. Kenneth gave me some tips to keep the unit fresh and working. He was pleasant and professional and didn't charge for a service call.

They were prompt and professional. Not the cheapest, but fair and honest. Worked for about 2 plus days, and made sure I was happy with the work. They organized and secured city inspections for work performed. All went well.
