Price higher than any other Kia Dealer I visited. Courteous sales rep. but a non-negotiating "manager." Their "deal" on a Kia Soul was beaten by over $1,500.00 by both Galeana Kia and Airport Kia.. I dealt with Alfredo at Airport Kia and Andrew at Galeanna Kia. Both were good salespeople. I bought at Airport but both deals were good.

We took it directly to the dealer because it's under warranty. They weren't very efficient. You have to wait so long for them to get anything done. I'm not happy with them.

I later discovered by another local dealer that Fucillo was adding maintenance items not listed in the owners manual. When I spoke to the other dealers service manager. He informed me his shop would have charged just approximately $225

It was great going there. They treated me great. I could go back in for services. I'm in and I'm out. I would go back and buy a car from these people.

We had an oil change and tire rotation performed on this vehicle. We were pleased overall with their service. It was quick. There was one issue....we were checking our tire pressure sometime after their service and found one of our tires to be overfilled (s/b approximately 33 lbs and it was 36 lbs.

The sale people were very nice there. They greeted me professionally. The sales person also walked me around to different vehicles and wasn't pushy at all. They do a lot of giveaways as incentive to purchase a vehicle from them. They give away trips and all. Fuccillo also offers bird dog fees for referrals. They are also very involved with the community. They do things for non-profit organizations and give back to the community. There advertising is funny and pleasant. They do a lot of radio and television advertising. I also think that they go out of their way to work out a deal with a customer and try to get the individual to be a repeat buyer. They offer great warranties also. They seem very willing to work within a customers budget. They also have a very nice parts and service department. They have a beautiful facility and even purchased more land to expand the business. You know they are are doing something right if they are continuing to grow. So when I am ready to purchase my new vehicle, I will be going to Fuccillo for sure.

The service was fine but they didn't wash my car like they normally do

They did the bare minimum as far as service is concerned. Most places will vacuum your car as well as talk to you about what they did.

We love our Kia. We bought our car there. The owner there does a lot of things for the community, his prices are good, he is generous, and he has a wonderful staff.
