Great - We've used them on a number of jobs including repiping the whole house. Always professional. Not the cheapest, but reliable and honest and they do good work.

Worked with Franzese plumbing when I first moved to FL and the work went well. As new projects came up I called for a new quote and each time I called they said they would call me back. After 2 1/2 months of saying they would call me back on my last call they said they were not interested in the project. My time spent trying to work with them meant that I did not have time to get someone else in and complete the project when I needed. Very Unprofessional !

Mike was very good and listened to and completed everything that we requested.

Since I work and needed to make arrangements to come in late I made an appointment a week in advance to be the first appointment of the day (8am). At 8:15 I received a call from the office that the tech had a doctors appointment that he didn't tell the scheduler about so he wasn't coming. Apparently they only have one plumber or they didn't think that it was important to send someone else instead. I used another company and that tech was 10 minutes early. Very happy with Water Works and will use them again.

We were very impressed with their prompt response. The plumber was friendly and courteous. It seemed like he spent a very long time in his vehicle, before coming into to the house, on and off during his work, and before leaving the property.

My kitchen faucet was not working well, and I decided to replace it with a new one. I called Franzese Plumbing on 1/14 and they said someone would be here the next day and they would call before they arrived. Sure enough, the next day (today) they called and were here 1/2 hour later. Carlos was very efficent, getting right to work, and had the new faucet installed quickly. He was friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. He tested it to make sure it was working properly. He cleaned up after he was finished, and I felt the charge was reasonable. I don't think you could ask for more. Thanks Carlos!!

I've been through all the big name plumbers and they are not a big name. The biggest thing is that they are extremely clean. They pick up after themselves and they take care of where they are working which is a big thing for me because I do rental communities. Their quality is the biggest thing. I will absolutely continue to use them.

everthing went very smooth , they where very knowledgable and able to work with me on my schedule.what i thought would be a major job ended up being a quick fix. honesty and integerity is an important thing when it comes to plumming contractors.

I called and they came right out, when he got there, the toilet did flushed, but he still checked everything out for me. He put little booties on when he got there and tested my water throughout the house.

Called for emergency service (broken water line) at c. 7a.m. The after hours call service stated they would page a technician and have him call me. After about an hour and 15 minutes I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the company again. The office was now opened. I asked if they had my request. The receptionist said they just got the fax from the call service. I asked to confirm that it took an hour to fax the request. They said yes they were having problems with the service. I said thanks I'll try someone else!

I paid the bill but thought it was way too expensive. I am not very satisfied with the service. I called Franzese Plumbing back to request that they repair the hole they put in my wall when they fixed the drain from the air conditioner. The manager said that they couldn't have fixed it because they don't have a license to work on air conditioners. He said that someone would come but no one has ever come.
