We obtained the requisite 3 bids for the work. Our current HVAC system was working well, just old, so we had the luxury of time in making a decision. Florida Cooling Solutions was not the least expensive company, but they were very competitive. Eric, the owner, prepared the bid and oversaw the project personally. He discussed the pros and cons of several options, helping us to make a decision that needs to last us for the next 15-20 year (hopefully). His staff were attentive, polite and respectful of my time. There were a few minor problems/omissions, which Eric responded to and corrected ASAP. I am a picky person, and am pleased with our choice to go with FCS,
