Mark did a fantastic job. He arrived early and removed stains I never thought would come out. My old floors look like new. Very professional and knowledgeable. The bottom line is great work at a fair price.

He did a great job.  Floors look as good as new.  He showed up exactly when he said he would.  Finished earlier than he said he would.  I obtained several bids for the project and his was the lowest.  He also made suggestions regarding cleaning systems (steam mop) that would keep our floors cleaner.   Great job!

Mark was very professional from explaining the cleaning process on the phone to finishing the job. He arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. I was amazed at how clean he was able to get the floors. The tiles were shining and the grout lines white again. Mark worked h****** some stubborn spots and got them clean. He takes pride in his work and business. His prices are decent and his work superb. I would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Over the last 4 years, we have been very happy with Mark's services. We have very heavy traffic in our household, so we need his services about twice a year. Our floors look and feel fantastic after her cleans them. On our last recent service, I told him that I dropped a red nail polish on my tile floor in my master bathroom a couple of months ago. I tried to get most of it out, but you could still see some pink embedded in our grout. When I told Mark about this, he didn't promise me anything. When I came back home, WOW! It was all gone! I think Mark is a very professional, honest man that delivers superb service at an affordable and fair fee. We will continue using his services for years to come.
