Supposed to close on a Thursday last week of September. I flew down from MO., stayed all week in a motel & for some dumb reason we did not close till Monday, so I had to do all the paperwork online. Never saw realtor again to do walk thru, she gave keys to a friend till I could fly back down. Blame under writers. Punctuality an “F”, didn’t close on time. Loved the agent did everything in her power to close on time. Maria Samedro #1.

They were very good at assisting us and found a mortgage to fit our needs. Correspondence was done through email and a secure site was set up for us to send and receive documents. Even after hours, Mike Tessmer responded to our emails and if we left him a voice message he responded in a timely manner, sometimes within 5/10 minutes. The whole process of getting a mortgage and closing took approximately 5 weeks. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage. Everyone involved was super friendly and very efficient.

Amazing! Itnxould notnhane gone better. I am a former loan officer and I talked to many before selecting Mike. From the time I first spoke to Mike I knew he knew exactly what he was doing. For a self employed business owner to obtain a mortgage on 1 year tax returns is almost unheard of. He could not have done more for us. Very impressed and we will definitely refer Mike and we will definitely use him again if we ever need another mortgage. If there is such a thing as a miracle worker Mike and Faiview and his processor just may be the closest I have seen. We can't thank them enough.

Fairview Lending was spectacular! They were very responsive, answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way in obtaining our mortgage.

It was at a lower rate than the online broker I first talked to. Also, my bank, Bank of America declined my application even though I had been a customer for 40 years, had a credit score of 813 and equity of nearly 40%. After giving money to folks that could fog a mirror back in the early 2000's they've gone so far the other way it's crazy. You might wonder what my "sin" was...I only had one credit card!

Mike was there from day one, the first phone call.  He managed and executed this process perfectly.  I am a Realtor and see many Lenders fail or cause more issues by not giving the attention and understanding the each client believes their deal is the only deal working.  Communication was excellent, keeping us aware and ready for anything needed.  I can not speak highly enough, and using Fairview for my own personal mortgage, I will have Fairview as my first point of Referral for my Real Estate Buyers!

James was the best part in my buying experience, he built a relationship with me and helped me with anything i needed. We still have communication to this day. What a professional service oriented company! Buying a foreclosed property is like a roller coaster ride. Not for the faint of heart. Through it all Matt Odem and Fairview Lending was there. They handled changes and obstacles with confidence and ease. All our questions were answered promptly (even after normal office hours)  and options were explained clearly. I was very cautious at first.  I've dealt with mortgage brokers before and I don't have a particularly high opinion of them.  When I first met Mike, he said all the same things most brokers say.  Imagine my surprise and delight when he actually did what he said he could do and faster than I thought possible.  From beginning to end, the process was seamless and professionally done. If I were to ever buy another property, I would use Mike and you should too.

Michael Tessmer  is very customer focused and knowledgeable about real estate.  He took great care in all the paperwork and negotiation and was a great advocate for us.  Most important, he helped us succeed in all our goals to related to collect of the information required to purchase a house ( a lot) ,  he is very patient and communicative.

I was so very pleased with my mortgage experience with Fairview! Matt Odom was very professional, organized, knowledgeable, and took care of all details! Best experience I've ever had! Thank you, Matt, for helping me obtain my dream home! I'll certainly be referring folks your way that are looking to purchase, or refinance, in Florida! *at the last moment, there was a glitch with the mobile closing attorney, we ended up signing a couple of papers in the title company office to finalize the closing. Matt drove to the title company and met us there to make sure it closed properly! Now how is that for customer service? He's a gem!

I didn't think I could get a mortgage and talked to Mike at Fairview. He explained all the options and the differences with each type of loan. Sure enough he was able to get us approved for an FHA loan. He got us a low rate at 3.75 and we couldn't be happier with the service.

It went just great.  Mike Tessmer followed each step in the process and made sure everything went as planned.  He not only got the loan and followed everything through to conclusion but arranged for the appraisal , elevation certificate and coordinated insurance while I was 1000 miles away.  I would often call and he would just say "I'll take care of it".

After settlement he informed me how to handle water and electrical transfer, drivers license, registration etc and where the offices were located..   My real estate agent could not bother even coming to settlement after they were assured of their commission.   

He also permitted me to use the WIFI in the office for the couple of days between settlement and the installation of my service. 

I felt that he was dealing with me as a person rather than a potential commission.   I feel like I made a friend rather than just a commission.
