He was courteous and professional. He did the job he was asked to do.

His name was Dan Lancaster. He did all the things that you need done when you first move in. He did so much that it is hard to remember. We were totally satisfied. He is honest and a gentleman. The price was less than we expected and we got our money's worth. I had to call him back because I couldn't figure out why the smoke detectors were beeping and he did the trouble shooting over the phone while my husband fixed it. We didn't realize that they were hot-wired, as well as had battery. Everybody should have a handyman like Dan. We are using him again.
