Real Estate Service
Exceptional Property Management is terrible. They falsely advertised the property, which resulted in overcharging us for rent, and wouldn't fix many of the things in the house that were broken. Due to negligence of the owners, things in the house broke, damaged our stuff, and no one seemed to care much or do anything to reimburse us for the damage that was clearly due to their negligence. I would never rent from this company again.
