the job went great!  we had gotten estimates from several painters and the pricing was astronomical and were they were not willing to fix the holes in the bathroom made by previous vendors  (another issue) to my satisfaction 
. We were in a pinch as the floors were just put in and furniture was going to be delivered.  My husband fired the painter we had hired due to "changing prices and  contracted work" and we needed the work done.
Mr Flynn agreed to do the job and understood that there was a time issue.  He worked straight through painting the bedroom, ceilings, bathroom and woodwork. He fixed the holes left in the bathroom left by plumbers.   He applied 2 coats and even went back and did another when the old color was bleeding through.   The job came out wonderful and there was no drama.  He spend 2  days painting these rooms and made sure they were done to my satisfaction. 
  Doing this bedroom and bath was a major undertaking for us as we did it top to bottom. It was very stressful as we had come into contact with so many contractors who we felt were overcharging or going to do an inferior job.   We used Quality Floors & Laminates for the floors and Edward Flynn Home Maintainance for the painting and repairs. Both I would definatley use again and I am happy that I now have 2 service providers that I can call with confidence.
