Unacceptable. The inspector, Lou, missed several major issues with the house I purchased in August 2017. I called for an explanation and all I got was the runaround. They do not stand behind their inspection. I will never use them again!

We purchased our home in October 2015 and used Eagle Eye and thought they did a great job until we finally moved in. They said they inspected the whole house and use a special application that they have to verify before they move on too the next area but I don't think they used it. Lou came out to our house and said they would make good for problem and give me back my money for the inspection and we are still waiting for that. His son did the inspection on our home and missed so much which would have given us the opportunity to back to the seller and say we want a credit for the things that were wrong. But from his report he made it sound like that everything was perfect. Little did we know the pool heater, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, sprinkler system and I can go on didn't work but yet it says it was inspected. He tried to tell us that someone must have been in the house after the inspection. Really.... This company also says on its site that they are a member of an inspection association and when I called it they said they are not. I contacted my broker for the mortgage and she even tried to talk with him and nothing. Stay away from this company and check all the sites for reviews. There are a lot of bad reviews.

Everything was pointed out to us during the inspection. My husband was surprised by the thoroughness of the inspection. My report is still available on their website to this day.

I choose this company after a look the website and saw that Eagle Eye offered a free "home buyer orientation" after closing. As first time home buyers, although I knew my husband and I could figure out most of the appliances in the home, we were apprehensive about the irrigation system. While the general inspection seemed okay at the time, I was disappointed that the inspector was physically unable to get into the attic and do a more thorough check.
Nick did follow up with the "home buyer orientation", but by that time the irritation system had been compromised by the lawn care people of the previous owner (unknown to us at closing).
Additionally, I did not understand that the termite inspection was going to be conducted by a different company, who arrived shortly before the inspector. It seemed like they used this opportunity to sell their services more than conduct the inspection.
The reports were all uploaded to a site where we had to have log-on and password information to access the reports. This made it a bit tricky for all of the follow up we had to do with FHA, insurance, and mortgage companies.
Since move in, we found a few other minor issues that should have been caught at inspection (mainly electrical). Nick was very personable, friendly as well as the folks in the office. I honestly wish that there was a "minus" like "A-" rating, because although I don't believe that the service was horrible, I don't believe it was perfect either.
