BEWARE!!!! THIS IS A SCAM! Rick West will give you a quote, ask for a deposit and you will never see him again! He has a criminal record for scamming in the SW FL area! He will come in with an estimate lower than anyone else, but not very much lower. Occasionally he will do a small part of a job, but usually he will perform no work. Phone calls will not be returned.

Half of the time they didn't show up. When they did show up, they didn't finish the work. I had to hire another contractor to finish their work. You cannot reach them by telephone or mail.
