DYNAMIC STUCCO AND DRYWALL

10/6/23 - text messages back and forth to Paul confirming he was coming by the house to look at the job - he stated he had been by the house. I provided my email address to send me the proposal 10/7/23 - text messages back and forth about the timeframe to start the job - Paul indicated sometime next week (that would be the week of the 8th - 14th). Also sent proposal to my email address at 7:53 AM 10/9/23 - I text message about the water spicket 10/11/23 - I text messaged - are we good this week - Paul's response - I actually got caught in electrical inspector today - will be at the home Friday or Saturday 10/13/23 - text messages back and forth about having water but not electric. I asked what time tomorrow would he be there. Paul stated 9:30 - 10:00 10/14/23 - Paul and his son came by my house to start the work 10/14/23 - I paid him $725 for half the job and would pay the rest when he was finished 10/16/23- I sent a text message to see if Paul had gone by to finish Paul stated they were going over Wed to finish 10/18/23 - Paul sent pictures of the work 10/18/23 - I sent text message that I would be at my house on Saturday and to let me know when he was free to meet up 10/21/23 - I stated painting the stucco and there were cracks throughout the work, falling in places, falling off of the block wall, making in and out as your place your finger on the wall. I called Paul at 9:51 and told him that he needed to come by and look at the finished product to see the problem 10/21/23 - Paul and his son came by and looked at the problems with the cracks, pieces falling off and the stucco not sticking to the cinder block wall. He stated he needed metal lath to do it right and he did not clean the cinder blocks. Paul words were it did not hold because he did not pressure wash it and did not use metal lath. He stated he would be back the next week to redo the work. He told me he would warranty the work for a year and I said yes because I did not want the inspector to come out and see this type of work. My mom was outside during the time with us and heard the conversation. I had to purchase additional materials for him to re-do the job that he did not do correctly. The materials from Home Depot were approx $300. 10/22/23 - I sent a text message that Home Depot had the metal lath and did he want me to add that to my order for delivery Thursday 10/22/23 - Paul responded and said might as well - looked like they were as cheap as anyone 10/23/23 - I sent text message stating I had sand coming tomorrow 10/23/23 - Paul responded and said he couldn't get there until later in the week 10/24/23 - I sent a text message and told Paul that the metal lath had been dropped off 10/25/23 - I sent a text message - asking was tomorrow still good for stucco - no response from Paul 10/26/23 - I sent a text message asking would he be at my house today - Paul responded that he was tied up at his house this week and he would get there next week - I let him know that was putting me behind. 10/29/23 - I sent text message and ask what the plan was for next week - no response from Paul 10/30/23 - I sent text message and said the water valve is off and could he cut it off when they were done 10/31/23 - I sent text message asking what was the plan for redoing the stucco this week and that I needed to paint it this weekend I have not received any messages from Paul since 10/26/23 to let me know what his plans were for returning as he stated he would be redoing the work when he stopped by on 10/31 and through text messages after that date. I have made the following phone calls to him: 10/21/23 at 9:51 am 10/27/23 at 5:21 pm 10/30/23 at 4:52 pm 11/3/23 at 9:13 am 11/6/23 at 5:12 pm My mom called on the following dates 11/3/23 at 9:17 am 11/5/23 at 6:51 pm 11/6/23 at 5:15 pm none of her calls were returned I have text messages starting on 10/6/23 and going through 10/30/23

Paul and his son, Brandon, did a phenomenal job on repairing the damage from a water line that burst at our home. They were prompt in responding to our call to come look at the damage and give us a quote and also provided a time frame to complete the job. I can not tell you how grateful we are that we chose this father and son team for the job. They are true professionals and their workmanship is top notch. My husband and I recommend these gentlemen 100%. We will be using this company again for future jobs at our home. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

From our first phone call, Paul was honest, trustworthy, and dependable, and we knew we found the right folks to do our dry wall patch work for us. They quoted a very fair price for the work, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They are reliable and professional all the while being approachable and flexible. They even went above and beyond to get our job done in one day and brought another gentleman to help. We are so grateful since we are trying to get our interior paint done ASAP. Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”

Paul and his team are true professionals. They went above and beyond and installed, repaired and left me with fantastic looking garage. Not only do these gentlemen know drywall, they can fix drywall problems and they do great work! They did a site survey, provided me an estimate and firm start date. They were true to the price (which I consider very competitive) and began and finished on the day they said they would. I would hire them again in a second! Plus, they are simply nice guys, easy and fun to be around. They truly enjoy their work. If you choose to go with them you’ll have friends for life. Nothing but good. Finally, in the crazy world we live in today they are role models for good citizenship and manners. GREAT!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paul and his son! These men know their trade and know it well. True professionals! Their communication with me was incredible. They were 100% honest about time frame and when they would arrive. If they were running a bit behind they were apologetic and let me know. The work was beautiful and above expectations! It went great. Lots of hiccups with being our own contractor and dealing with multiple subs at once, but Paul and Brandon did a great job being flexible with us. All the work was finished beautifully and exceeded our expectations. They’re southern gentlemen, which made them a pleasure to work with and have in our home.

Paul and his son did a wonderful job repairing the plaster ceiling in my garage. The job was completed in 2 days. They prepared the area and cleaned up once they had finished. Everyone involved was professional and courteous.

Paul and crew did a great job. He gave a fair price, was easy to talk to, and completed the work in a timely manner. He has great ideas to help with deciding what should get done and won’t try to push you into something you don’t want. He’s not done till you are completely satisfied. Paul didn’t want any money till the job was done. His crew was neat and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. I would definitely hire again.

Really nice father and son duo. They were responsive to our inquiries and concerns. We really felt that they cared about our house and solving the problem. They were very professional and efficient.
