They were very prompt about providiing a bid and finding tiles. I wish I didn'y have to ask for spare tiles (seems to be an industry practice to provide spares in case of an emergency). Sam, our contact, was very personable and knowledgeable

"Thank for your review. As matter of fact, extra tiles were left on the left side of your house the day the roof was completed. We did not deliver any extra tile because you asked for the tile. We simply took pictures of the tiles that were left by the crew at your house. It's unfortunate that there was a miscommunication as to the location of the tiles. We sincerely thank for the opportunity to work with you."

Sam was great to work with and very accommodating. I struggled with picking a shingle color. Sam was very patient, brought me sample boards to help with my choice and answered all my questions. He's team arrived as scheduled each day and the job was finished before I knew it. Very pleased with the entire process.

Finding and repairing a roof leak can be tricky.....the first fix did not work, but they came back promptly and found and fixed it the second time....with no extra costs. only thing left to do is fix the dry wall in the garage.
