It went great and in a reasonable amount of time

My 2002 Envoy died one day. One thing lead to another and it ended up sitting for a year. Well after getting it fixed and having it run so well I then wanted it to look as good as it ran. You can imagine how dull and dingy it looked sitting in the SW Florida sun and rain for a year. I found a coupon for the Old Downtown Car Wash in Cape Coral. It said for $40 they would wash, vacuum, clean windows and HAND WAX the entire vehicle. No up charge for it being an SUV. We asked the check in person how long it would take and if he could advise us of a place to get lunch. He gave us a recommendation and even offered us his car to go down there for lunch. We went inside to pay I asked the cashier if I could retain the coupon for my other vehicle. She informed us that it was the everyday low price and just go ahead and bring back our other vehicle and the price would be the same. Well I was blown away, but not as much as when we got back from lunch. The Envoy looked brand new. I highly recommend the Old Downtown Car Wash in the Cape for anyone wanting to keep their car looking its best Steve Dorsha

Very good service

The car was washed and dried and the wheels were dressed. The staff was courteous. and the service equipment seemed well maintained.

Overall, the guys did a very good job. We had taken the truck to the beach 3 times in a week and had, of course, gotten sand and salt water inside the cab and truck bed. They took the time to use a compressed air hose to spray sand out of the cracks in the dashboard, console, steering wheel area, etc. They cleaned out the truck bed with air, vacuuming and water. And they did a good job spraying underneath in the wheel wells. Several guys worked on the truck at the same time. A fairly large crew compared to car wash places we've used before. We were given a and quot;punch cardand quot; for a free wash after paying for 10 washes. We will definitely be back for our next wash.

They did a phenominal job. I just moved to the area and we had used a similar type of car wash with inside cleaning in New Jersey. Downtowner Car Wash far surpassed our previous car wash in all categories. The service is excellent and it was evident that the employees take great pride in their work. Thanks for a great car wash. I will be bringing in our other car for the same service this coming week.

I have been using them for years, and my experiences have always been excellent. The entire staff is very accomodating, and their prices are reasonable. I consider them one of the best car washes in the state.
