Great job!

I was cleaning out my garage on a Sunday and unfortunately stacked some bins too high, catching the garage door as it was opening/closing and bent the strut. Called Door Doctor and they had a technician out within the hour. Work was completed in about an hour from the time he arrived. Great responsiveness and quality of service. Will continue to use them moving forward. Additional cost for Sunday emergency service, but well worth it! They really saved the day!

Spring broke on a Sunday morning leaving the garage door open half way and completely jammed. Called late morning and the technician arrived within 30 minutes..on a Sunday! Tony replaced both springs, cables, balanced the door and other routine maintenance tasks in about 2 hours. Tony is a very polite and professional who is an excellent member of your team. A little pricey, but it was a Sunday and I was told in advance of the weekend rate. Door works better than ever.

Great, came when they said, did what was needed.

Within one hour, my garage door was opening better than before. Excellent service, courteous,knowledgeable, conscientious service man.

Arrived and replaced spring within 2 hours of my call. Nick was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. The price was only $133 which includes the spring.

Efficient, Ken had no problems, worked diligently and demonstrated good communication skills. I watched him operate and asked questions as he proceeded. The part was $22.

Called them late on a Friday to see if I could get someone next week to come out to my surprise they said they could send someone out in a hour  the service tech looked over my old opener and gave me a price to repair it and a price to replace it I had him replace it   with a new model he had in his van the he reprogrammed my car to work with it

Told someone would be at the house between five an six (after a late afternoon call), someone was here as promised.  A belt and some other parts were replaced (and not the whole garage door opener), so we're good to go for some time to come.  We couldn't be happier with any repairs we've had through them over the years.  Don't know how we first happened to call them, but it was our lucky day to have done so.

I thought I had broken my garage door. Called Door Doctor and had technician come out  to inspect damage was very pleased to find I had only knocked it off track. Ken got it back on track and tightened chain and lubricated track.  Very professional. Would not hesitate to call again.

we check angielist ,gave them a call said some one would be there with in the hour the young man was wonderful and we thought the price was fair we are very happy with the service

I worked with Stephanie on the pricing and she was great, she did match and beat a competitor, worked was scheduled the following day. Scott showed up on time and did a wonderful job and taking down the old opener from the double door, and reinstalled on our single door. He installed a new opener on our double door and installed a new control pad on the outside of the door.

Scott was very good at doing all the work, and made sure I was very

happy with the job before he left.

This is the second time that I have used this company, the first time was back in 2011 when they installed our first opener on the double door.

Excellent company to have do any work on your garage doors.

Called in the AM it was fixed by 2 pm It doesn't get any better than that. Just the initial setup of the door was worth calling a pro. Something a do it your selfer would tinker with for days on end. But the remote price of $50 and the sensors price of $54.. Put it this way both could be bought for $50

Repairman arrived on schedule and explained what he thought the problem was. He quoted a repair price and a price for the repair and the added replacements and reinforcements.

I called at 9am and explained the problem. The receptionist said she'd have someone call me back with an estimate. I received a call back within minutes and was told they could have someone out between 12pm - 1pm.
(The estimate was $148 to replace the broken torsion spring.)
The serviceman showed up right at 12pm and was very polite. He took a look and suggested having the other spring replaced as well.
The additional cost was $100. The work was performed in about an hour and the work space was clean when he finished. He also serviced the rollers which made the door much less noisy when operating.
This is the way a business should operate. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.

Everything about them was very good. They were very prompt and showed up exactly on time. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. I have used them several times over the years and have always had a good experience with them.
