Very professional in the manner of the estimate after assessing what would be needed. On the day of the actual cleaning, the two guys that showed up were very professional. Attention was paid to protecting the base of the kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher) along with the area in front of the bottom step going upstairs. It was interesting watching the process and in the end the result was perfect. All of the previous grout stains...gone! The hairline cracks were also filled and are no longer noticeable. Will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

The owner came over the day I first called to see what we needed. He is very personable and gave us guidance on what color to use on the grout. The next day three guys came to do the job. Not only did they show up on time, but they were even a little early. They were professional and also very personable. We have already recommended them to our neighbors.

These guys are professionals! This company takes pride in there work and take the time to do quality work. They even ask you to inspect it when there almost done so they make sure they leave the job and the customer completely satisfied. My floors look like the day I moved in. They also did my shower stall and it shines like new also! I would not hesitate to call these guys again and you shouldn't either!

Absolutely awesome! Living in CA I was very hesitant about hiring a company I knew nothing about and letting them in the house without me there. I spoke with Tom at Dirty Grout before contacting anyone else and I hired him on the spot. I am not a very trusting person. After speaking with Tom at length I decided to give it a go and hope for the best. I am thrilled with the results! They were punctual (I know because I had someone let them in), The same day the work was done, Tom followed up with pics and a verbal phone call. Huge difference from the before and after.
