Amazing ! We were doing some renovating and decided to get rid of our carpet and tile combination and replace it with vinyl plank. We did our research on the vinyl and happened to be passing by Direct Floor in Cape Coral. James welcomed me and spent a good deal of time answering all my questions...many questions to my satisfaction. He was genuinely interested in my project and my budget. I was very impressed with the experience and went home and checked the reviews. I returned with my wife and we brought a few samples home at the insistence of Jeff. It was nice to see the flooring in our home with different lighting conditions. We made our choice and placed the order. I received a call a few days later with the installer who came and measured and promised a date to have the tile removed by the Dustless crew with the install on the day following. The dustless crew arrived on the day promised at the time promised. Craig arrived the next day as promised at the time promised. Two Florida Miracles ! We love the floor, the install was perfect, the pricing was competitive, and there were no surprises. Everything exceeded our expectations by far. Next time we need flooring we would not consider anything besides Direct Flooring with the install by Craig.

Highly recommended! Jeff and his team were a pleasure to work with. I knew I was going to work with Direct Flooring from my first visit in the store because Jeff was helpful, he answered my questions, the store was clean, they had a great selection, and I was able to schedule the install quickly. The install went great too and I love my new floors! One more reason to shop at Direct Flooring is their prices. After ordering my flooring with Jeff, I stopped at a second flooring company that I passed on my way home and I confirmed what I already knew... that I had made the best decision by going with Direct Flooring. My decision was based on the personalities of the sales people I worked with, the overall look and feel of the store, the products sold, which were the same at both, and price. Thank you Jeff at Direct Flooring; you will see me again for my next flooring project.

Everything went perfectly. Went into the showroom where James assisted us. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Craig, the installer came out and measured and gave us the price for installation. We started out to do one room but because the price was so good and the service was so friendly and professional we wound up doing three rooms. We could not be happier. It's like living in a brand new house. Highly recommend Direct Floors, James, and Craig.

Went to the store and met Jeff he was very helpful helping us pick out what we wanted to use our floor couldn’t of been friendlier and more congenial Next Craig came up with this crew install the floor didn’t excellent job very professional and also very congenial and helpful I would highly recommend direct floor and Craig excellent service one could not ask for anything more

Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Jeff at the store was SO helpful in helping me make the correct choices and matching items. Honest opinions!!! Craig Niland And his installers were punctual and efficient. One of his workers even helped me replace a bedskirt’. Everything was back in place when they left. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

I visited the store once and went over pricing. The rest was done over the phone. Very convenient for a working professional. Used the contractor recommended by the store. Everything went well. Arrived at the scheduled time, installed everything on time. Payment for installation is made directly to the contractor. Will recommend this place to anyone. Will also be using this company for my future flooring needs.

I would give my installer an A and the company a C. I would use the installer again, not the company. They never responded to me and then once they got my money I never heard from them again. Anything that I needed, I had to keep calling them back and calling and calling. That's a lot of money for them to not to even call me afterward to see if I was happy. It took me four different phone calls to get the warranty for the product. It's a 25-year warranty and that's why I paid so much for the product and then they couldn't be bothered. My neighbor had a wonderful experience, but not for me.

Visited three different flooring stores including Direct Flooring. Direct Flooring had the lowest prices on materials/labor. The installer they use arrived on time for measurements and he was very friendly and professional. Carpets have not been installed yet so can't comment on outcome but I expect it to be very good.

I purchased wood laminate flooring during renovations on a home purchased in December 2016.  I obtained this flooring at a great price on sale.  Recently, there was a flood in portions of my home, ruining the wood flooring that was just installed.  The flooring itself held up fine, but the subfloor buckled.  Direct Flooring was able to match my flooring exactly and sold it to me for the same sale price that I paid in December, even though it was now selling at a much higher price.  Thank you, Direct Flooring!
