At first the new bridge broke,then its replacement broke,all due to the lab that made the bridge.Finally Dr. Desai replaced the failed bridges with a standard,porcelain and steel bridge and it is working well.He did not charge me for the replacements.Good and very fair dentist.

Poorly. I called and got put on hold for 10 minutes with no response. Called back and subsequently got put on hold again for 5 minutes. Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my time.

He seems to be very knowledgeable about advanced dental practices. I think he did a good job.

I am currently using him and he is very good. The hygienist is also very good. He lets me know what he is going to do and is a gentle dentist.

The service was excellent.

Overall, it went well, what I expected. I had no problems with the completed work.

I made the appointment, they called to confirm. The appointment happened on time, no waiting up front or in back. Painless and thorough. We discussed future needs and expectations. Conversation was clear and provider addressed concerns.. They made a follow up appointment at check out.

He was excellent. The guy had friendly staff. He had kind of a hand on approach to reach all of his patients, conversations and so forth.

She is good, competent, and friendly. If needed I would use her again. I was satisfied with everything.

The purpose of the visit on 4/4/2012 was replacement of a lost filing that Dr Desai had done a couple of months earlier. The location of the filing on the outside of the tooth makes it susceptible to extra abrasion and loss. The work was done promptly with very little cost since it was a replacement for work done earlier.

I find Dr Desai extremely competent, caring and friendly. He gives patients all the time that they need to feel good about the service he is providing, answering all questions fully.

I have used him for more than three years, initially coming to him for help with periodontal issues that are now nicely under control.

I would recommend him highly and do.

They are amazing. Dr. Desai takes his time and explains everything. My kids actually like going to him. His dental assists are great as well, you feel like a person and not like a number.

I told the story in the previous paragraph . also dr desai has put in a permanent front bridge for me and peaple always comment to me on my smile. I have recommended many people to him and now my entire family are patients of his.

Very nice dentist and staff. Detailed explanations of what they were doing, with a detailed treatment plan. A few days after the fillings I had some pain and he saw me immediately and took care of it.

He is very friendly and very concerned. He has a good rapport with his clients. He has an excellent understanding of the processes of working with dentistry. I had a periodontal issue about 1 1/2 years ago when I first started with him and it was nicely taken care of. It seems to be in remission at this time. Generally I can get an appointment anytime I have needed one. The office is a little crowded. I've had a few problems with the billing. I'm working on a discount insurance program with him and I think it perhaps could have been handled a little better. It was caught months later about them having to speak with me about why they were rearranging the availability of what my discount program was providing. They did explain it to me clearly but it should have been caught earlier.
