Darlene makes my home sparkle. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, furniture, everything is perfectly cleaned and fresh when she is done. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, professional, honest, and does an excellent job, look no further! I don't know how I managed before without her.

Very well. She shows up on time, calls to confirm, and spent a great deal of time cleaning my house. She had to cut one time short due to a conflict, but she more then made up for it the next time.

Excellent, Superb Service!!! The lady next door uses her too but less frequent than I. She always call to tell me what day and time she is coming to make sure it's okay. I have been using her for about 2 months now.

Darlene did an absoloutely fantastic job! She was on time and VERY thorough. She worked, non-stop for 6 1/2 hours... doing everything I asked her to do plus so much more. She even cleaned my silk greenery. I will definantly be having her back on a regular basis! Thanks

Darlene's cleaning skills are impeccable with a strong attention to detail - not just on the first cleaning. She even cleaned the blades of our ceiling fans and the tops of high cabinets. She adds in "extra touches" such as lining up my Husband's grooming items in the bathroom and shoes in his closet. She has also been very accommodating to my sensitivities to chemicals, smells, and cleaning products and uses mine instead. We could not be happier with Darlene's Domestic Services and we plan on using her services long-term. Thank you Darlene for a wonderful job so far!

She cleaned the kitchen, family room and living room. She swept, mopped, dusted, cleaned the cabinets, fridge, stove, etc.

Usually housecleaners start cutting corners after a few sessions, but Darlene cleans as thoroughly now as she did when she started years ago. She cleans my house better than anyone I have ever hired; she is very meticulous. In addition, she is always neatly dressed and on time, and very accommodating as needed. I'm so glad to have found Darlene to clean my house!

Darlene did an excellent job. She spent an entire day doing the heavy cleaning that was needed. When we came home my husband said in 15 years of marriage that he'd never had a cleaner house. We have used multiple house cleaners over the years and I have never seen the attention to detail like Darlene provided. She left us with notes on everything that she did. She's back in two weeks to do a normal cleaning.
I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a GREAT housecleaner.

They were on time and adjusted their schedule to accommodate us. They worked around 5 hours. Although the house was cleaner, they missed many details. We found hair in the masterbath cabinets, dirt in the half bath cabinets and the kitchen cabinets were still filthy. They did do a good job on the hardwood floors.

"Customer was called half way through job to be informed we were not going to get everything completed. We did discuss what was most important and I told the her I would attempt to get through tasks we were asked to do. We had to work quickly to get certain areas cleaned before carpet cleaner arrived which we did. We did clean the cabinets but it was getting close to agreed upon time and price quoted , so the time spent on cleaning them was shortened. I thought they looked clean, but to the customer they were not. When we left job we asked if everything was ok and if they were pleased with work . The son said everything was fine. Since this customer was moving into a new home I waited a while before calling to see if they were pleased with work we all know how stressful moving can be I did not want to intrude on them during a busy time and I figured if there was a problem I would be called. I was then told they were displeased with cabinet cleaning. I apologized and told her we would have come back to correct the problem , but we were not even made aware there was a problem. The customer said they had movers there and chose to reclean cabinets themselves. I do understand their point, but in all fairness I was not given opportunity to make this right to the customer. My cleaning service is not still in business for giving poor service. I am truely sorry this happened and am willing to offer this customer compensation if they would return my call"

Darlene is the only cleaning person I have ever used who doesn't slack off as time goes on. She is every bit as thorough today as she was years ago when I first hired her. She is certainly worth her cleaning fee!
