Mr, Cabell arrived a few minutes early, and was neat and professional in appearance. He came to install the sinks and faucets for two bathrooms. He showed me there were two extra shut-off faucets under one sink. They supplied a tub which had been taken out a year earlier and should have been removed and capped by the previous plumber. I asked him to finish the job. I also asked him to look at the main shut-off faucet outside which was not working. I like to shut off the water when I am not in residence. He recommended a new pipe and valve which would be easier to use. He was able to do the work the same day. He did an excellent job and left everything in a clean condition. I am very happy with the results. Cost: $351 charged by the remodeler for the installation of sinks and faucets. $340 charged by Cubells Plumbing for the extra work I requested.

He was great.  It is just a one-man operation, but he is really good. The owner of the company is Mr. Luis Cubells. He had to dig up some pipes in the yard  to find where the blockage was and then put in new piping.  So it was a pretty extensive work. It was a call at night; it was kind of an emergency situation. He came at about 6:30-7:00 p.m. when it was dark and he did not leave till 11 o'clock at night. He still could not solve the problem. I told him to go home and get some sleep. He really wanted to stay, but he came back the very next morning and he spent another 3-4 hours. He spent far more time here than he charged me for. He came back and he solved the problem. He was really good. I would like to recommend him highly. About hree months prior to that, he installed a new water heater for me. Great work then as well..
