I had an amazing experience with Creative Concepts Contracting. The salesman Wesley happened to knock on my door one night. I normally don’t answer the door and if I do the person on the other side normally gets a hard No thank you. This night was different. Wesley had a pitch for a new door I couldn’t refuse. No hard selling. Only facts. He scheduled with me another meeting time so my husband and I could both be there to go over what they could do for us. We had a weird situation where one of our doors was a faux door and the newer building codes wouldn’t allow that to be replicated (house was built in the 70s). They gave us options on what they could do and we picked a door and went forward with the contract. During the time we waited for supplies and permits - Wesley kept me apprised of what was going on. Finally day one of our 2 day install. Gianni and his crew came out. They made sure to mark off the inside so any dirt and debris would stay contained. They replaced the door on day one and set up the part that was a faux door to be made into the wall. So by the end of day 1 I had my new door! And man is it better than my old one. I never knew how much AC I was leaking out to my neighborhood! Gianni and his crew were awesome and made sure the work site was completely cleaned up. Day 2 the crew came out without Gianni and they were super respectful and as quiet as you can expect a construction crew to be. I was very impressed. By the end of day 2 my project was complete. Once again the cleaned up behind themselves. So now that the project is completed, I am thrilled. I love my new door and the way everything looks. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!
