Cool Water Custom Pools has been a major disappointment. The construction of our pool and lanai area was poor and unfortunately Cool Water Custom Pools also severely lacks customer service. They do not stand behind their product and the quality of their construction was horrific. Additionally when you call regarding an issue they do not call you back. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your pool construction.
