3 weeks late on coating the roof but paid promptly. loaded the roof paid promptly never returned 3 months. threatened to fire showed up 2 weeks later 2 men spent 1 day. promised to finish in 3 days. have not returned since.

This Roofer is the BEST.  They estimated the job.  They provided a good number of samples to pick from.  They assisted us through the process.  They told us what to expect as an end result.  They replaced everything from soup to nuts.  They tore off the existing shingle and flat deck roofing systems as well as the peaked areas - the entire roof,  then cleaned &  carried away all the old yukky stuff  when the job was done.  They furnished and installed all the underneath sheathing, applied new fungus resistant fiberglass shingle dimensional roofing with all new flashing and hoods, as well as  aluminum ridge vents.  It has been about 15 years since we replaced our roof and we were alittle nervous about hiring a roofer (many horror stories esp since Hurricane Charlie in 04)...but not this company!  They did come as a referral from a good source, but we thought one of the most important things was when they found some areas that needed to have plywood that was weak or rotted, they replaced it without even having to be asked.  You do NOT have to micro-manage this company, they are honest and professional!!   I have to say we were, and are, so extremely pleased with not only the punctuality and the workmanship of this roofer, but with the courtesy and quality of everything they did, including cleanup - from START TO FINISH:)  We give them an A+
