Comcast

Their service costs too much. My experience was pretty average. I've never had an issue. I don't have an option.

Three days later a service tech arrived and promptly confirmed that it was a Comcast signal issue. I was asked to sign a

work order that had the service call costs on it. When I protested signing he said no worries I would not be charged. Three days later Comcast changed out some lines and I was able to get a signal.

When my bill came I was charged for the service call I was charged for the service call and the days I had no service. After an hour on the phone and asking to talk to higher levels of mgmt. I hope things have been resolved. I have yet to see the updated statement that I was promised.

I would not use Comcast if I had a choice.

Their service is ok.  The TV doesn't go out when it rains like it did when I had Direct TV.  The internet is very good and fast.

We've been using them for a year and a half.  They are okay.  A couple of times we've lost the service but don't know for what reason and some occasion we've had interruption in service on all three.  They worked fairly well on the issues.  We chose them because we just moved in to this area and they could provide all three services and they had a special deal at that time.  We had some experience with them before so we chose to use them.  I think there may be better services out there.
