This review is late but no less sincere. Barbara was the epitome of the ideal sales person; she assisted rather than pushed and worked with me to arrive at a great closet renovation. The installation was timely, neat and exactly as requested. The price was very competitive and I am delighted with my new closet. We are in the process of building our Florida home and Closet Innovations came highly recommended. Now I know why, we had 5 closets that we wanted to have done and each one is beautiful. We are so excited with the quality, design, and ease of these closets it was so worth the wait. My husband , who is never really interested in the decorating of the home is going to have another session with Tylan to add on to his closet and of course, the garage! From the day Tylan measured and showed us the schematics it was a seamless process. This team are true professionals who take pride in the work and service they offer. Price and installation dates were better than the so called big guys. The installation team were efficient courteous and never stopped smiling. Everything went very smoothly. I was only in town briefly, yet I was able to quickly have an in-home consultation. The design phase went well with my edits quickly being incorporated. My timetable was met and the installation team worked quickly to get the job done in one day (even though I delayed their start).

I love this shelving system. You can adjust the shelving as your life changes. I have a third more storage space than I did with my old shelving. My pantry works so much better now. Earlier this year I put the Freedom Rail system in my laundry room with the same results, though I had a tweak design and change the shelving around to make it work. Just added different shelves to make it perfect. In the laundry room, I bought some storage boxes to put different odds and ends in that you use every once in a while--like rags, extra pillows, etc. I had originally bought the Freedom Rail drawers for the laundry room and they took up a lot of room without much storage--thus the change to more shelves with bought boxes that can be moved around with ease.
