We just moved in and had a really cold week. Our heater wasnt working so we had to call someone to get it fixed. Luckily, the fix was simple and Jonathon was able to come out and help us. We didn't have to wait long either. Thanks Climate Solutions!!!

I called Climate Solutions and they came out immediately. They found my heater burned out. They returned shortly with a brand new one and had me heating in no time. They were able to verify that my unit was still under warranty so I did not have to pay for the parts. I am so glad to the girls in the office, Mia and Danielle for getting me scheduled promptly. I am even more thankful for the technician Caleb who came out and got my family and I heating again. Thank you Climate Solutions.

Adam arrived on time and looked very professional. He checked out our AC and heater prior to us moving in to our home. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need but he also helped us to understand how to keep our system from breaking down in the future.

They are the WORST! Didn't repair anything; were more focused on selling us a new a/c unit than repairing a 7 year old unit. Wanted several thousand to do the repair but said it would be better for us if we purchased a new unit. Wanted $15,000.00 for the new unit. Left without making any repairs; left the panels off of the existing unit; tried to tell us our existing unit was not wired properly; then called later in the evening to tell us that, after speaking with their manager, they had a "deal" for us: only $12,800.00 for the new unit BUT the warranty would only be two years as opposed to the original seven years. SCAM SCAM SCAM. After calling in another service, we learned that the issue was a clogged drain line; once that line was cleaned out, the a/c unit began working again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Total "SCAM". Another company looked at unit and found only clogged drain line and full drain pan. Cleaned drain and unit has been working perfectly.

Very overpriced on air conditioner unit.  More than 50% higher than other installer.

Don't use this company. We had to stop payment on their check and get the Lee County Inspector after them to finish the job. We were also extremely overcharged based on quotes my neighbors have received.

I have been told by countless employees or representatives answering the phones that I will be removed from their lists.  I am on the do not call list besides this.  Each employee says they will look into it and get it taken care of.  Obviously it is a blatant lie bc they continue to call! Take me off ALL your lists!!!!!

I am not happy with them at all. Their customer service is the worst customer service that I have ever had; I have not had good customer service from them at all. They recommended the unit for me because they thought it would work the best for me but in the market nobody knew how to install it or service it. I have had nothing but problems ever since with it. They did not install it correctly and it leaks and ruins the ceiling. After they installed the air conditioning unit they informed me that I was having these problems because my duct work is not adequate for it. So, I had to put in a new duct work for the whole house to ensure the air conditioning unit works. I bought the unit in the summer of 2011 and the last time they came in they were still solving the same issues as before. The unit just shuts off and stops working and now they are informing me that it is because the filters are dirty; I have informed them that the filters are not dirty because they were supposed to be good for three months. If we don’t change the filters every month the system does not work well because of the fault in the system. Now, they are tell me that it is a two speed fan system which has a high speed and a low speed so it is more energy efficient but the high speed doesn’t work. If it gets too hot or running too much then it just shuts down because it can’t keep up with it; I need a new fan right now. I don’t have anyone who can do anything about it right now but if I turn it off for a while and then turn it back on then it might come back on for me. This is the new system and I have already spent money on it; I am still fighting it. It has been crazy. The brand has got a name and it is not like I have bought something off brand with regards to the equipment. Nobody knew what they were doing so they shouldn’t have recommended me to use this system. I was the first one that they installed it for and they did not have a technician to install it correctly; they had to bring the owners out and were here till 2:00am in the morning on the day that they installed it and tried to get it work. They have been out here so many times. I would recommend this company because it was their recommendation that got me to this place. Their price was competitive and when they say they are going to be here they are usually here.

They came out and said they got it working but it went out again while they were on the phone with me. They came back out to put in the new compressor and didn't have all the parts. They got the compressor from Texas. Nobody thought to check the packing list. They had to call the insurance again and they gave them the permission to buy the correct part locally otherwise they would have to get the part from Texas and it would take another 5 days. Then when they got the right part they put the part on wrong and all the refrigerant all leaked out. I spoke to the president of the company early on, when I started this process, and he tried to sell me a new unit and I thought it was inappropriate.. I told my insurance to fix it. He told me they were sending out their senior technician. I had a friend out to watch them. They were trying to do the job with the wrong tools. This is the 4th trip out to fix the issue. I had my neighbor check it every 24-48 hours and so far it's still working. They were responsive and came out quickly.

We had a terrible and horrible company called Climate Solutions.  We had problems all summer.  We were not here.  We had neighbors who had to meet them here.  They canceled out on all the appointments.  They couldn’t fix it.  They were in and they were out.  They charged as a fortune for a solution that did not solved the problem.  When we got that, we finally switched to other company and that company came in and solved the problem immediately and it’s wonderful.  Nobody should have a deal with climate solutions.  We paid $300 for a temperature control that we did not really need.  When they did put in that temperature and then we switched over to the other company they had miswired it.  It was a mess.  They never showed up when they were supposed to.  They canceled that morning when we had a neighbor who would made arrangements.  They would call and say the guy is always called in sick or if there was a rainstorm, they might not be able to come out.  They had innumerable excuses.  I would never use them again in the future.

They have slowly been fixing their mistakes because they are not getting paid for it. I have had to have an inspector come out. After he left, the company has more to come out to fix.

First guy that sold us the unit was good.  Haven't seen him since.

I called company upon receiving a flyer for a 39.95 special ac cleaning and servicing, company came cleaned coil and reccomended a germicidal UV light as I was very sick a the time, I agreed and had the light installed, they charged me $1,841.00 for the light anfd the 39.95 cleaning, I later learned that I could have gotten the light installed by many other ac contractors  for $450 - $675, so I was basically taken advantage of and overcharged by the company.

I was having trouble with my ac unit, home was only 2 years old, I had received a flyer from company for ac maintanence service special for $39.95, called company they told me ac unit had failed, was rusted and needed replacing and due to rust wasnt under warranty, I was very sick at the time and was vunerable, they talked me into a new unit a frididaire  for almost $10,000- I had a lennox ; I later learned that the lennox unit was under warranty and the coil could have been replaced for only labor charges, they replaced the unit and also told me my computerized honeywell themostat wouldn't work with the new unit, the installed a basic honeywell themostat and kept my themostat - I also later learned that my themostat would work with this new unit., I had a service contract with company and never saw the same person twice, every time someone came out to do a regular maintenance on my unit it mysteriously broke down 2 - 3 weeks later and then needed repair

We got a really good deal for the AC, and the company is very responsive and professional.

They have been very nice. They sent two people who were not supposed to be working on Saturday to put my unit  in. They are courteous and prompt to respond. I am very happy with them.

See above!  I've written and edited...............and RE-edited.  Enough is enough.  It was a disaster!  This story covers TWO residences..............both owned by the same people.  It has ended badly.....................a nightmare.  Just read the the 'services performed (or not!) box.
