The alternator on my car died the day before I was to leave to go out of town. It was 4 in the afternoon and I was supposed to leave the following morning. Anyway, I took my car to my normal auto repair place but they stated they wouldn't be able to get to it for at least a few days. I explained that this wasn't going to work for me, and why so they offered to call around to other places that they've referred work to in the past to see if anyone could help me.
The first place they called was Charles Slagle's and he had me bring my car right over. He gave me an estimate for the repair and actually had the work done for me within a couple hours. The estimate was spot on and he gave a 1 year/10,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.
Unfortunately, the alternator he installed failed after a couple thousand miles while I was out of town. Obviously not his fault that the part was faulty. When I got back into town I took the alternator he had put in, along with the paperwork showing the cost of the new repair to him and he reimbursed me under warranty with no problems at all.
Charles is a very knowledgeable, friendly, stand-up guy and because of that I feel comfortable taking my car into him for any future repairs.

They were very professional. They were prompt. They were referred to me by a friend. I would go back there. I trust them. They did a good job. He fixed everything like it should be.
