I know how scary it is to find a company to do a major home renovation. That's why we've used Jeff and Certified for 22 years. 1. In 1998, Jeff did an overhaul of my home prior to putting it on the market. 2. In 2010, Jeff did a complete rehab of our gutted 2-bed 2 bath home, including doors (and 3 French doors), windows, drywall, complete kitchen and bath. He and Allen handled everything and made it so easy. 3. In 2015, they turned a storage building on the property into a tiny, adorable efficiency apartment with bed/sitting room, bathroom with shower and kitchenette. As a guest apartment and rental, it's in constant demand and has more than paid for itself! Also, they are reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone but Jeff!

Certified Home Improvements did a wonderful job. I hired them to put in a new attic access door but they also helped me replace a microwave oven. This is a group of people that really know how to professionally handle any renovation. I am so glad I found them.

I had many problems with this company. They did not finish the job and I had to hire someone else to complete the project.

I have known Jeff Englund for several years and he has done much work in my home. There is not much that Jeff cannot fix. He restored woodwork due to termite damage or water damage. Every job he does is finished with perfection. A honest, reliable and trustworthy contractor.

They have done several things for me most recently renovated a bathroom. They do the job like they own the property themselves, and get it done right no hassles.
