Communication was terrific. Very professional, job done quickly & correctly.

We called 3 different fence contractors of which 2 came out to our property. Was impressed with the attention to detail the estimator, Rick of Century Fence, gave to our estimate. Explained everything that needed to be done. All permits were pulled by Century Fence, down time was explained and the installation date set. The job was performed above and beyond our expectation with minimal interuption to access to our property. (We have an outside storage and warehouse area with daily traffic in an out.) All opening and closing instructions and maintenance was explained in detail to both my husband and I. Rick even stopped by a few days later to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction and to answer any questions. We had none, as he had done an excellent job earlier. Two (2) months past and Rick came back out and informed my husband and I that there had been a change in the county & national fence code and told us that we needed three (3) more electric eyes to be compliant, for safety issues. At this point I was waiting for him to tell me we needed to pay for the additions. He didn't, he said that they were installing them at no charge as we fell through a crack in our job being done and the codes changing! Better than that, Century Fence came back out and made the necessary additions and the job looks great. We are all human and none of us are perfect, what has impressed me the most with Century Fence is their moral character and the fact that they stand behind the job's they do. They have my vote of confidence and will be the fence company I call for any future work that is needed. Will also recommend them highly to anyone needing a fence. They lied on their response about what I asked for. The person answering the phone did not know what the company did and told me that they do not do residential fence. I never once used the word WRAPPED as this is what they added to their response.

not good, I need better quality than they provide. I have no problem paying for the level of service that I expect.

The only problem I had was I called Tom, and complaned that the 3' gate had no way of staying open when we were brining in supplies. The wind would blow it closed.Tom told me for about $45.00 for the parts and $65.00 for labor that would take care of the problem. After spending over $6500 for the fence you would think that they would care care of the problem at no cost to me!

They gave us super service and they explained everything they were going to do. They did such a good job that a mouse couldn't get in or out of the yard, this was what we wanted, to make sure that our dog was safe when he was out in the yard. They finished on time and came when they said they were going to be here. They just did a great job. We will use them in the future if the need arises.

Century Fence did a good job. They did what they said they would do. They completed the work on time.
