Great price Great service. Our light colored rug was dirty and stained around the dining room table and high traffic areas. They were able to restore my rug to its original beauty.

Prompt, polite and explained /answered my questions. Carpet looks like new. This isnt the first time I have used Captain Steamer. They were recommended by a neighbor more than 10 years ago. I think repeat hiring shows what a great job they do----

I was reading the first few reviews to see what others wrote and, really, what more can I say?! I was pleased that others were as satisfied as I was. Zack and Malcolm left me totally confident that the work of cleaning my carpets would be done well! Since it was my first time, I had questions that needed to be answered before the cleaning began and, of course, the price was better than what I expected and exactly what I was quoted. So, yes, I highly recommend this company and will know who to call for anything else they offer. I was totally satisfied!

Quick , professional, and a fair price.

Our technician Steve arrived at the scheduled time (flern calling ahead to let us know he was on the way). He listened well as we explained what we needed, then went right to work. He did a great job, kept the cat from getting out, and cleaned up everything before he left. Happy with the job.

Steven was professional and a great young man! Our carpet is light beige and believe it or not 20 years old! Captain Steamer keeps it looking awesome!

Quick to make appointment with follow-up, reminder call day before & called 30 minutes before arrival. Very punctual & professional. Wore protective covering over shoes while did job. After about 1-1.5 hour job, carpets look better than ever with no spots, even from water damage in 2 areas!

Service was excellent. From the beginning call, service was wonderful. The tech called 30 minutes before arrival. He arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced himself, and he was courteous, polite and efficient. He did a fabulous job. Our carpet is old, and he went over the traffic patterns several times. The carpet and tile look great. We will call them again, and we will ask for Zac.

I have used them before. When Rudy came to my house he did a very good job on the carpet. When he left his truck dumped some yellow mess and tire marks on my driveway. I called and Christina Kerr got upset at my request to have them come back and clean up the mess. I could not believe that the service Rudy gave was so good, but when I called in I was treated that way by Christina. As good as he was I would never use this company again because of how she treated me.

called there emergency line after hours and guy who answered the phone said they could have an extraction team out at 7 am next morning . still waiting for them or a call . also a few years ago they sent a sub to do my carpets as i have used them many times this time the worker was new and left a lot of  water in the carpet .had to keep the air conditioning at 70 for a week to dry it up. and yes they are a sub of sorts as they are PIECEWORK employees and get paid by the job and if there is problem they must return and   fix the problem on there time . my sub quit never to return, so had top run the ac. btw this piecework:" employee " practice is  common  in the industry . also as a insurance bond underwriter i would think it very unusual for any company like this to be able to buy a bond .i would love to see theirs as they boldly advertise this  . once again it is common for a lot of co's to say they are bonded when they are not . back before the the business was run by the new owner/son ,it was a great co. now not so much
