CAPE SCOOTER & MOWER CTR

We purchased a SUNL 250 motor scooter on June 5, 2010. It quit running on the way home - took over 3 hours to get it to Fort Myers! Had to push it; wait; start it & ride a few minutes; then push it, etc. They came and towed it back to shop. Said it had to do with gas feed line. Fixed it - or so we thought. Two weeks later, not working again (still). Mechanic came and worked on it in our driveway. Said he had the problem fixed. Worked for a short time, then STOPPED with no warning. Had to push it 1.5 miles home. They charged $50 to put it on flatbed and take it back to shop. Said it was electrical THIS time and NOT covered by warranty on this BRAND NEW scooter! Cost $126 for tow and repairs. One week later, making odd sounds and not running right. Rode it back to shop. Mechanic did NOT have tool to check the thermostat, so not fixed AT ALL this time! This scooter has not run since the day we bought it, and Action Motor Sports is refusing to stand behind their product or their service. Just a word of warning if you are considering an ATV or scooter from this place! Our best advice would be: DON'T!
