I called them to replace worn and torn screens and they came out in a timely manner, per appointment. Do use them ~ no "don'ts!"

The guy showed up 2 hours late - and THEN , only after I called him. During his visit, he told that he would call or email with a price .I left him a followup voice mail the following day. Four days later - he still has not contacted me.

They were wonderful. They were on time and the quote they quoted was more than the actual bill. They were very easy to deal with and absolutely wonderful. I found them on Angies List and I will definitely use them again in the future.

It went very well. They arrived on time, did a good, clean job and their pricing was reasonable.

On Wednesday I called and later the same day Rick Dean gave me quotes for two alternative tasks: (1) rescreen six panels of the pool enclosure ($235) and (2) rescreen the whole thing ($1596). After thinking about it overnight, and doing some research online, I decided that the original fiberglass screen material was probably at or near the end of its expected lifespan and should be entirely replaced. I also determined that "super screen" is a better material and not much more expensive than the regular screen. The next day Ralph (who would be doing the work) came to look at the job, and I "upsized" the job: Use "super screen" and add a new screen door. The day after that, Ralph and his son Joshua did the work, and came very close to meeting Ralph's original claim that the job would be done in one day. The pool was usable on Friday night (no clutter or debris) and the screen was intact even though some panels had not been replaced yet. On Saturday the work was completed, and final bill of $2137 seemed fair given the upsizing of the requirements. It was a great pleasure doing business with these folks. The only complaint I have is that Rick Dean did not mention "super screen" when discussing the work, I had to find out about that on my own... but is "failure to upsell" really something to complain about, or to rejoice? No, I didn't get a second quote, the price "felt right" given the amount of work (50 panels) to be done, plus they were available to do the work promptly (which was important, since one of the screen panels was a'flappin in the breeze after one of the outer bands of hurricane something-or-other passed by way over in the Atlantic... at least, that's what I think it was, and I'm sticking to that story :) More: I have since heard from multiple sources that "super screen" is the way to go: stronger, and lasts longer.

Called them and set a time and date. Got an estimate for the job. They showed up at the promised time and replaced the panel. . I I was impressed with their work and feel I was charged a fair price for what they did. They cleaned everything up and were professional in their work.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
