In 2011 Cape Coral Screen & Vinyl Inc replaced all the screening on a lanai pool cage, and removed a screen door that was an eysore. Later, in 2012 they added a screen door in a better location, and fixed the roof flashing above the cage. Both jobs were performed on schedule, completed on time, and of the highest quality. The screen has subsequently survived Hurricane Irma which passed close by and damaged many pool cages in the neighbourhood... we are glad we chose the SuperScreen, it is not only very strong but it seems to offer better UV protection.

Very well. There were some delays in communication and appearance but nothing beyond what one would expect in the crush of work after the hurricane.

Did not show up on scheduled Monday then came on Tues & said did not feel comfortable replacing roof panel tried to upsell 10 more screens said someone else would be back Wednesday & they no showed & finally fixed screen on Friday while smoking on my patio after the repair. The very next day the roof panel right beside the one that was fixed fell! Unimpressed with level of professionalism and overall job. We were in the market for shutters and asked for an estimate which we never received but after that we would not have hired them for the job anyways.

"We are sorry that you are so disappointed with the work we did at your home. Our installer believed that he was correct in suggesting more screens needed to be repaired because they were ripped. You only wanted one done and that was fine. You've stated that another panel "fell out" after we did the one panel the day before. That was the installer's reason for suggesting additional panels needed to be done. Because there was a question though, on the day they arrived, work was not done until we received an answer from you. When we received your answer we returned as soon as possible. A delay in rescheduling is caused by many factors such as, weather, scheduling of other customers, etc. After the installer finished the job, he walked around with the man of the house and inspected the job with him. The gentleman paid the bill and seemed to be OK with the work done and did not voice any concerns whatsoever to the installer. As far as your complaint that our installer smoked on your patio, we agree that this is unacceptable and plan on having a discussion with ALL of our employees about such actions. In 32 years of business we have tried very hard to please as many customers as we can. To receive such a low score for one screen panel is quite possibly more disappointing to us than anything. We just had our pool cage painted and needed the screens replaced. They responded quickly and finished the job in a professional manner. The lanai looks great! Excellent service and work performed. Will definitely call them if we need more work done.

Very shortly after calling, Rick came out to check on the tears in our pool cage screen. It was determined that the best course of action for us was to replace the entire screen. Rick suggested a and quot;super screenand quot; product and gave us an estimate. We decided to go ahead and the work was completed in a professional, extremely competent and timely manner. This was a huge job. Our screen covers the entire back of our home and is mostly 2 stories tall with a large pool in the middle and with very little side yard to work with. We are very happy with their work and with the super screen product. We would definitely recommend Cape Coral Screen and Vinyl.

What a great company! The owner (Rick) is such a nice guy. We called them 3 separate times: Once originally for repairing 3 ripped screen panels on the ceiling of the pool cage. We asked the gentleman who fixed them if the company also built screens for windows (yes) as our house had no screens. The owner came out and measured for the screens. Not only were they perfect, reasonably priced, and good looking... He also finished them really fast! We also got a quote for the front screen enclosure, which I thought was very reasonably priced. The screen was finished today, and it far exceeded my expectations! We plan to use them to build a screen room off the back of the house (since our pool is courtyard style in the middle of the house. Price I put was about what it cost for all 3 services.

They showed up on time, did all the work I requested and found some other tears in my screens I hadn't noticed and replaced those as well. The screening is tight and perfectly done. Rick Dean came to do the estimate for those jobs as well as an estimate to extend our lanai and screen. He also recommended someone to power wash pool cage and home. We were pleased with the workmanship and professionalism.

Rick Dean, the owner, came to my home the day after I called him. He measured everything, and gave me an estimate for regular screen and for SuperScreen. His price was not the lowest, but not the highest, and was right in line with my expectations. His workers, a father/son team, were very polite, and did the job quickly, quietly, and cleanly.
The front entryway took a bit more work. What I wanted was not in the catalogs of the screen door manufacturers Rick uses. So, Rick helped me draw up a schematic of what I wanted. He sent it to his manufacturer, and was able to get me a price quote within a couple days. I okayed it, and the door was manufactured. Rick got it approximately one week later, and sent the father of the father/son installation team to put the entryway up. He completed the installation in around 4 hours.

They did an excellent job, especially considering the wind and rain they had to deal with. Because of the weather, it took them a few more days than expected. But they were still able to finish it timely.

The quality of the door manufactured by this company was good. The time they took to make the door and bring it was appropriate. The installation was poor. The oversized door (56 W X 80 L) needed more reinforcement than a standard door and the door started to come loose from the weight not immediately but about 4 months later. Furthermore the installer failed to put a wind stop chain at the time of the installation. He promised to install a chain the following week. He never did. We talked to Mr. Dean 4 times and each time he promised to come or send someone to repair the door. Nothing happened.Finally we got tired of dealing with Cape Coral Screen and we did the reinforcement and installed a wind stop chain. Totally unacceptable for a $500.00 screen door!

My call was returned. I got an estimate and then told them to go ahead with the job. When I got home that afternoon everything looked beautiful. They did a great job and I felt the price was very reasonable. I have a huge lanai. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them anytime.

The salesperson replied to my email request within a matter of minutes. I got a followup call the next day and set up and appointment for the estimate. After getting other estimates I decided to use their company. I faxed the quote back to them one evening and the next morning got a call from Rick who set up an appointment for the installation. The installers came on the scheduled day, a bit later than I had anticapated, but never the less, they got right to work and got the job done in one day. They did a very nice job and cleaned up the area afterwards. They took away all the old screen they removed. We were very pleased with the company in every way.

Call this company FIRST, they were fantastic.... I spoke w/ the owner and he said they may be able to get out Thursday but at the latest Friday. Joshua called late afternoon Thursday and said he'd be over if this was o.k. When he arrived he expected per my guess that he'd be working w/ 8' screens but found one of them were 9'. He apologized and said he'd be back first thing in the am Friday since his supplier was already closed. He answered w/ "yes mam" (which you don't hear very often) and I loved the country drawl - just like my younger brothers. Friday he arrived first thing and was on the roof of the cage before I made my first cup of coffee. He was done in no time. The entire experience was one of the best I've experienced w/ a contractor. They made you feel appreciated, comfortable and the price was reasonable. I even had a really nice conversation while making my payment over the phone w/ the owner.They need to be the first one on Angies List. Note: This company was at my home within 2 days, I'd just called one right above their name to find they were 3 weeks out and charged 50% more, plus a $50 trip charge.
