Dan was on time and very professional. He explained everything and didn't make me feel stupid because of my lack of computer knowledge. He was very efficient and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The best part was that he came to my home and I didn't have to drag my computer to him ! I would definitely use him again and will recommend to friends.

Dan was punctual and processional and very knowledgeable. He spent 50 minutes working to resolve the malware problem. .

As always, Dan was prompt, efficient, and very professional. Dan helped me diagnose that my hard drive was failing on my Dell. I ordered a new drive from Dell, which their tech installed, but offered no other help. Dan came over and walked me through and helped me rebuild my system, and get an older hard drive installed and up and running. I know I am not very well versed on PC's, and as in the past he didn't talk down to me at all like some other techs have done. Last Oct, when he did some work on this PC he suggested I install a back up program called Acronis, which I did. He was right on with his advice, and rebuilding my hard drive was quick and complete because of this. What has taken me days to do in the past was completely done in about two hours. All in all, I lost about a month's worth of work, and that was because I didn't do a backup each week like I was doing up until last month.....LOL, now it will be done each week! I am glad this time I didn't wait to call him and it worked out so much better. I highly recommend him to everyone. I will definitely be calling him again if needed.

I was very pleased with Dan and his service. He was very professional. He is very well versed on PC's. Took all I had to say and was able to turn a barely functioning PC into a modern, and powerful race horse. If there is a next time, I won't wait nearly as long as I did before calling Dan.



UPDATE: Aug 26, 2012. I had Dan back again. My PC was acting odd in that it seemed to loose data, and I got a lot of can't read sector, or bad sector errors. I worked on trying to figure it out for several hours with no real luck. I called in Dan. As before, he was very punctual, professional, listened to all I had to say, as he was doing various tests, and within 20 minutes he declared my Hard Drive was on its death bed. I got a new one from Dell, and it was installed it in maybe 30 minutes. He was able to save most of my data, although I easily lost a months work. On his prior visit last October he suggested I get a good back-up program like Acronis, which I did. He described Acronis as being able to make a clone of my hard drive when I backed up each month. He was right on again! Using Acronis I was able to rebuild my system in less that three hours, and by far most of that time was used sitting here and watching it do its thing. Dan is a true credit to his profession, and not only will I recommend him to others, I will continue to use his services when needed.
